Meeting point: Tourist Office (Avenida Constitución, 10)Guided tour in Spanish of the Church of San Lázaro Obispo and  several brotherhoods of Alhama de Murcia to learn, from the inside, about their history and the arrangements that make the celebration of this festivity possible. It is a walking tour, so we recommend comfortable shoes and clothes. Have you ever been to a Jewish quarter inside a castle? Now you have the opportunity to do so and learn about the reasons that led an important Jewish community to build a synagogue within the walls of Lorca Castle. We invite you to be one of the ancient inhabitants of this place, more than 500 years old, walking through the archaeological remains of the Jewish quarter, its streets and houses. You will have the opportunity to visit the only synagogue on the Iberian Peninsula that can be visited today, which has not been used by any other religion and which preserves all its parts. In the museum space there are panels, display cases, an audio-visual and a downloadable audio guide system in several languages ¿¿that will allow you to immerse yourself in the way of life of the ancient inhabitants of this medieval Jewish quarter.
