TOUR:Fast boat route, 10 km crossing along La Manga from the Mar Menor to Tom�s Maestre Port, Estacio Channel and then sailing off to the Mediterranean Sea through the Drawbridge. We will approach GROSA ISLAND.�Duration: 2hComments during the tour only in Spanish. Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Duration: 3 hours approx. Starting from the social centre, next to the church (Ermita de Gebas). Price: free admission.This tour invites you to discover the most authentic essence of this small village in Sierra Espu�a. Have a walk through its quiet streets, get to know its traditional buildings and discover how rural life continues to thrive in one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Region of Murcia. Neptune�s cave

Neptune's Cave is one of our greatest activities. Discover a unique and exclusive enclave along our coast. We'll start with a group kayak trip that takes about 50 minutes, leaving from El Port�s and continuing along a beautiful section of the lower coast of Mount La Muela until we reach a virgin beach, a beautiful site where, in addition to enjoying the paradise-like scenery, we can take a dip and snorkel. We will then descend, via rappelling or zip line, to Neptune's Cave, and enjoy a magical swim there. This is a very complete activity that combines nature, the sea, a little hiking and climbing, and snorkeling; a multi-activity adventure designed to have fun and learn about an area of great beauty. Leisure and adventure are assured.Adequate physical condition is necessary. One must be able to paddle for about 50 minutes, walk with some agility, know how to swim, and not have mobility or other limitations impeding participation in the activity.Cartagena-La Azoh�a Kayak Trip Immerse yourself in the unique experience of kayaking along a wild coastline just waiting to be explored. We'll discover dreamy places, gliding between reefs, bordering cliffs, and resting in virgin coves, in full contact with nature.�Through these self-sufficient outings we'll enjoy the Mediterranean coast from an exclusive point of view. Tracing every nook and cranny of this wild coast, we will sleep on a virgin beach.

Treasures of island grosa on boat

We propose you this ecotouristic activity on boat in the environment of the Mediterranean Sea We want to show you the importance of the Island Grosa and Farallon in the history of our coast and their importance as natural spaces. The Island Grosa and Farallon are protected areas of the Mediterranean and Zepas for its Posidonia Oceanica's extensive meadows and likewise for being one of the most important places for the Gull Aduin in the whole world close to the cormorants that live between others this island. During the history of La Manga these islands have taken a very important rule in different epochs, of there the diverse histories his zone has been also a witness in the commercial exchanges between Phoenicians and Iberians and test of it they are the archaeological remains which were extracted of the Bajo de la Campana , that can be visited in the museum ARQUA of Cartagena. The activity consists of a panoramic excursion by boat towards the proximities of the Island where a guide explains in a detailed way the history and heritage of these beautiful formations and their relationship with the different civilizations that have populated our coasts, from the Phoenicians to the present day. Conquer the history and nature of our Isla Grosa!!
