El origen del Mar Menor

Paseo por esta bella localidad costera donde descubriremos sus lugares emblem�ticos. Recorreremos sus calles conociendo su historia desde su fundaci�n a trav�s de sus edificios emblem�ticos. Desde la Torre M�nguez que dio lugar al pueblo pesquero que es hoy, la Academia General del Aire donde se han formado y forman los pilotos de combate espa�oles, Casa Grande origen del veraneo Ribere�o. Palacete modernista del conde de Campillo as� como otros edificios destacando su Real Club de Regatas, un edificio cuya arquitectura fue revolucionaria en su tiempo y hoy sigue siendo un ejemplo de vanguardia. Durante el paseo nos acompa�a el Mar Menor y podremos disfrutar de las maquetas de los aviones que han hecho historia en la Academia General del Aire. Llegaremos por su gran paseo mar�timo a la Ciudad del Aire lugar de residencia de los miembros de la academia, terminando nuestro paseo en la playa de Castillico.

San Javier: the hercUlean way (english guided tour)

SAN JAVIER "The V�a Herculea"Guided tour starts at the San Javier Museum, where we can learn about the town's history from the early days as well as knowing the life of illustrious people born in the municipality. The different objects exhibited there, such as an airplane donated by the San Javier Air Base, will take us on a journey through the past. The Nativity Scene (Bel�n), one of the main tourist attractions in San Javier as well as a tradition with deep roots in the whole Region, is featured at the museum. After leaving the museum we will have a walk to the parish church of Saint Francis Xavier, one of the first churches built in the Mar Menor area. The temple houses several works of art by renowned artists, like the sculptor S�nchez Lozano or the painter Mu�oz Barber�n. Strolling on we arrive at the Almansa Park, located on the former Tom�s Maestre estate. Nowadays this park is a cultural landmark in the municipality, where important festivals such as the International Jazz Festival and the Interantional Festival of Theatre, Music and Dance are held.� And last but not least we will access the heart of the Town Hall, the Plenary Hall, from where the members of the local government administer San Javier.

Neptune�s cave

Neptune's Cave is one of our greatest activities. Discover a unique and exclusive enclave along our coast. We'll start with a group kayak trip that takes about 50 minutes, leaving from El Port�s and continuing along a beautiful section of the lower coast of Mount La Muela until we reach a virgin beach, a beautiful site where, in addition to enjoying the paradise-like scenery, we can take a dip and snorkel. We will then descend, via rappelling or zip line, to Neptune's Cave, and enjoy a magical swim there. This is a very complete activity that combines nature, the sea, a little hiking and climbing, and snorkeling; a multi-activity adventure designed to have fun and learn about an area of great beauty. Leisure and adventure are assured.Adequate physical condition is necessary. One must be able to paddle for about 50 minutes, walk with some agility, know how to swim, and not have mobility or other limitations impeding participation in the activity.Cartagena-La Azoh�a Kayak Trip Immerse yourself in the unique experience of kayaking along a wild coastline just waiting to be explored. We'll discover dreamy places, gliding between reefs, bordering cliffs, and resting in virgin coves, in full contact with nature.�Through these self-sufficient outings we'll enjoy the Mediterranean coast from an exclusive point of view. Tracing every nook and cranny of this wild coast, we will sleep on a virgin beach.
