Neptune�s cave

Neptune's Cave is one of our greatest activities. Discover a unique and exclusive enclave along our coast. We'll start with a group kayak trip that takes about 50 minutes, leaving from El Port�s and continuing along a beautiful section of the lower coast of Mount La Muela until we reach a virgin beach, a beautiful site where, in addition to enjoying the paradise-like scenery, we can take a dip and snorkel. We will then descend, via rappelling or zip line, to Neptune's Cave, and enjoy a magical swim there. This is a very complete activity that combines nature, the sea, a little hiking and climbing, and snorkeling; a multi-activity adventure designed to have fun and learn about an area of great beauty. Leisure and adventure are assured.Adequate physical condition is necessary. One must be able to paddle for about 50 minutes, walk with some agility, know how to swim, and not have mobility or other limitations impeding participation in the activity.Cartagena-La Azoh�a Kayak Trip Immerse yourself in the unique experience of kayaking along a wild coastline just waiting to be explored. Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

Horse riding on the Beach of calblanque

This marvellous experience begins with a short orientation for the riders on their respective horses. Once we get used to them a bit we will head out for a short ride around the riding ring before making our way into the wild area of Calblanque, and beginning to descend towards the beach.The spectacular views, the scent of the sea as we near the shore, and the potential company of peregrine falcons, will make us feel like we're in a movie. We�ll have the opportunity to ride along the beach and immortalize this incredible moment, which we will remember our whole lives, before we take the road leading back to the stables.

The visit on Sunday April 7 begins at 9.30 alongside Bodegas Casta�o on the northern edge of Yecla (click for map), from where participants will make their way in their own vehicles to the start of the walk. The walk itself lasts around 3 hours.All those taking part are advised to bring sturdy footwear, drinking water or juice and a snack.
