Marathon wine tourism 2017. ruta del vino Yecla

The next day will be a tour of the cellars of Yecla where in each stop the first monastrell wines accompanied by tapas will be tasted.10:00 AM First stop. Finca el Espinal de Bodegas Casta�o where the first wines will be tasted and accompanied by crumbs elaborated by Restaurante Aurora. 11:30 AM Second stop. Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health.
