Therapeutic mountain hiking

Therapeutic hiking is aimed at all those who feel the need for change in their lives. It helps one to control anxiety and to seize the reigns of their life so that everything takes on meaning. The aim of this activity is to help you relax and feel good through a setting conducive to calm and reflection: mountains. During the activity you will be accompanied by a psychotherapist and a guide.� �Although we will be hiking through the Sierra Espuna Regional Park, the activity uses the route as a context and medium through which to focus on psychological issues affecting mental health. We will explore the participants' concerns and reflections in order to, little by little, shape and channel their lives.� �Location: Revolcadores (Sierra Espu�a).

TOUR: 5 km crossing along La Manga from the Mar Menor to Tom�s Maestre Port, Estacio Channel and then sailing off to the Mediterranean Sea through the Drawbridge. We will approach GROSA ISLAND. Including stop for swim in its quiet waters. Giant mat available during swim time.�OBSERVATIONS:Duration: 3 hoursComments during the tour only in Spanish. Paseo por esta bella localidad costera donde descubriremos sus lugares emblem�ticos. Recorreremos sus calles conociendo su historia desde su fundaci�n a trav�s de sus edificios emblem�ticos. Desde la Torre M�nguez que dio lugar al pueblo pesquero que es hoy, la Academia General del Aire donde se han formado y forman los pilotos de combate espa�oles, Casa Grande origen del veraneo Ribere�o. Palacete modernista del conde de Campillo as� como otros edificios destacando su Real Club de Regatas, un edificio cuya arquitectura fue revolucionaria en su tiempo y hoy sigue siendo un ejemplo de vanguardia. Durante el paseo nos acompa�a el Mar Menor y podremos disfrutar de las maquetas de los aviones que han hecho historia en la Academia General del Aire. Llegaremos por su gran paseo mar�timo a la Ciudad del Aire lugar de residencia de los miembros de la academia, terminando nuestro paseo en la playa de Castillico.
